So here it goes; Earlier, we discussed about the expected layout of windows 8 here; Now microsoft has released the Win8 in public and talked about its new operating system in CES (Consumer Electronics Show)

Tami Reller, Chief Marketing Officer of Windows, gives the crowd a demo of the Windows 8 preview during the Microsoft keynote at CES 2012.

Though please keep a lookout for old hardware, as windows 8 consumer preview is giving problems to people trying to install it on older hardware, so be sure your hardware is in the compatibility list.

As a rule of thumb, windows 8 currently doesnt support computers with 400Mhz FSB and less, but supports all computer with 533Mhz FSB and higher.
